The Valencia Conference Centre is so versatile that it can cater for the specific requirements of any event. The centre is equipped with all the necessary technical resources and has a highly professional team of staff to ensure every event is a success. The centre offers the following facilities:

Auditorium I:
Fabulous acoustics and the well-thought out layout of the theatre make this auditorium the ideal place for opening or closing ceremonies, large-scale conferences and concerts. The centre’s main auditorium holds 1,481 people and, when connected simultaneously to auditoria 2 and 3 by video and sound link, can cater for a total audience of 2,250.

Auditorium II:
Auditorium II seats 467 people and is designed to satisfy the requirements of the increasingly demanding modern conference market. It offers all the essential resources, facilities and services required to encourage active audience participation.

Auditorium III:
Auditorium 3 was conceived as an avant-garde multi-purpose hall, capable of adapting to any kind of function with total ease. Thanks to its mobile layout, this auditorium permits different staging models: classroom mode, theatre mode, mobile stage, etc. The space can even be divided into two soundproofed rooms using a state-of-the-art partitioning system.

Break-out Rooms:
The eight break-out rooms at the Valencia Conference Centre complete the line-up of work areas in the building. They are the perfect size for holding small meetings, workshops and seminars, or for use as offices, classrooms, dining rooms, etc.

Multipurpose Rooms:
The two large, well-lit, open-plan multipurpose rooms are equipped for all kinds of meetings, events and ceremonies. The Multipurpose Room 1 can be divided up via moveable partitions into four independent rooms, with capacities ranging from 60 to 150 people, or can be combined in a variety of different ways.

Exhibition Area:
This area, which covers over 1,500 m², is the perfect venue for welcoming visitors and making every moment special. The exhibition area can host trade shows, art exhibitions, monographic exhibitions, product presentations, cocktail events, dinners and floorshows.

VIP Lounge:
This room is strategically located and fully equipped to ensure privacy, elegance and comfort.

Press Room:
This room is fully equipped to cater for press conferences and provides all the facilities journalists may require during a long day's work. Fax and telephone connections (25 extensions) are available together with a press rack and a 7-patch panel to communicate with any room in the building and receive image and sound via the central control unit. A specialist multi-media work area.

Other facilities:
Interpreting booths, delegate registration area and cloakroom, speakers’ rooms, dressing rooms, cybercafé, loading bays, car parking facilities, reception, sick bay, etc.
