The organisational structure of the Spanish Association of Conference Centres is based on the AIPC model (International Association of Congress Centres). It is made up of the following bodies:

• The General Assembly, which includes all the members of the association.
• The Board of Directors, which is made up of 7 conference centre managing directors.
• The Chairmanship, which represents the association and takes on the responsibilities set out by the General Assembly.
